Tell us about your MEP Superpower - What impact do you bring for your center or clients? 

I light the path through tsunamis of workforce shortages, overwhelming technology options and supply chain constraints.

What did you want to be when you were 16 years old?

I wanted to be a professional tennis player. 

What professional decision or opportunity helped lead you to your current role?

I licensed a technology from Oak Ridge National Laboratory as an MBA student. 

What one tool, real or imaginary, would double your effectiveness? 

Being able to utilize the CAD/CAM capabilities of Fusion 360 by AutoCAD.

What was the biggest mistake you made early in your MEP Career? What did you learn from it? 

I took my first job to position myself for grad school, an intermediate goal.  I should’ve chosen my first job based on long term goals. 

With a short explanation, share one industry trend you are excited about and one that concerns you. 

I am excited that machine monitoring technologies are continuing to become more affordable.  Concerning trend: Trade underpins the relative peace that we have in the world.  The animosity between trading partners is extremely concerning.

What is your proudest moment or biggest success as an MEP Center Staffer? 

My proudest moment is seeing positive outcomes reported by our clients.
